If a prescribed product is temporarily unavailable, you’ll be notified through your account and guided to select an appropriate alternative in line with your clinician’s recommendations.
Once your chosen pharmacy receives the prescription, they’ll contact you directly with a secure payment link so you can pay for your medication.
After payment:
To avoid running out of medication, patients can request their prescription from 14 days prior to when they may run out.
If you’re unsure whether you need a follow-up appointment or can request a repeat directly, our patient support team is here to help.
Once your prescription has been issued, your medication is prepared and delivered through a clear, regulated process involving your chosen pharmacy. Using your online account and planning ahead for repeat prescriptions can help keep your treatment running smoothly.
If you have questions about appointments, prescriptions, or your account, our Curaleaf Clinic patient support team is here to help. For delivery or collection queries, your dispensing pharmacy will be best placed to assist.
